Location: Whiteley (Hybrid Working)
Salary: Competitive Basic + Uncapped Commission

A leading STEM recruitment business is looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to take over a high-performing permanent Building Control desk within a candidate-short, vacancy-rich market.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a warm, profitable desk with high billing potential (200-300k per year), working with senior-level professionals in a highly regulated and in-demand sector.
The Role
*Managing the full 360 permanent recruitment lifecycle
*Headhunting and engaging senior Building Control professionals
*Building long-term candidate and client relationships
*Delivering consultative recruitment solutions within a skill-short market
*Developing the desk through candidate-led business development
