Job Description:
Sales & Business Development Manager
*Annual Salary: £50,000 + Uncapped Commission + Car + Mileage
*Location: Home-based
*Job Type: Full-time
*Travel: Regular travel across London & the South East
Join a well-established, reputable provider of private parking solutions as a Sales & Business Development Manager. This home-based role offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to build long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the industry. With over 20 years of experience and a strong technology-backed operation, our client is poised for further expansion across London and the South East.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Execute and contribute to the company’s strategic growth plan through effective sales strategies.
*Generate leads through prospecting, direct outreach, networking, and site visits.
*Identify opportunities by exploring high streets, retail areas, car parks, and unmanaged sites.
*Manage the full sales process from first contact to close, including negotiating contracts and onboarding new clients.
*Build strong partnerships with property managers, landowners, retail parks, housing associations, and commercial clients.
*Act as the primary contact for key accounts, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
*Provide market insights that support pricing decisions and service development.
*Deliver accurate sales forecasts and updates to the Director.
*Ensure all services adhere to BPA guidelines and industry code of practice.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Previous B2B sales experience, ideally within private parking, FM, property management, or a related sector.
*Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of achieving targets.
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
*Highly self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously in a home-based role.
*Strong organisational and time-management capabilities.
*Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office.
*Full, clean UK driving licence and willingness to travel across London and the South East.
*High levels of integrity, professionalism, and customer focus.
