Maintenance Engineer
Permanent | Day Shift | Panama (06:00-18:00)

The role
Hands-on mechanical engineering keeping the site running efficiently and safely:
* Mechanical repairs, fitting, welding, fabrication
* Planned preventative maintenance and overhauls
* Fault finding and problem solving on plant and machinery
* Accurate CMMS usage and logging all work
* Clear handovers and ownership of tasks from start to finish
* Work with Engineering Leads/Manager on scheduled work
* Support continuous improvement and site performance
* Work alongside contractors as needed
Who we’re looking for
* Solid mechanical maintenance experience in production or manufacturing
* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
* Reliable, practical, takes pride in completing jobs properly
* Team player who communicates clearly
