Paraplanner
Salary: Up to £50,000

A well-established and highly respected Financial Planning firm is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join its growing technical team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a professional, adviser-led environment that delivers holistic financial advice to a broad client base.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting Financial Advisers through the full advice process, ensuring recommendations are technically robust, compliant, and aligned to client objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
*Managing cases and workflows through Xplan and associated back-office systems
*Conducting detailed research across pensions, investments, protection and tax-efficient planning
*Producing high-quality suitability reports using company-approved software
*Supporting fund switches, withdrawals, and new business submissions
*Assisting with cashflow modelling and annual review processes
*Liaising with providers and maintaining accurate, up-to-date client records
*Ensuring compliance with FCA regulations and internal governance standards
Systems experience may include:
Xplan, Voyant, Dynamic Planner, FE Analytics, SelectaPension, Genovo, Defaqto and Microsoft Office.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
*Previous paraplanning experience within an FCA-regulated environment
*Strong technical knowledge across pensions and investments
*Excellent report writing and analytical skills
*A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
*Level 4 Diploma qualified (or working towards)
