Job Description:
A highly successful City based Specialist Lending operation are keen to appoint an experienced HR Administrator ASAP.
Key Responsibilities
People Operations & HR Administration
*Act as a first point of contact for all HR related issues.
*Manage employee lifecycle transactions including starters, changes, leave and leavers
*Support onboarding and ensure right-to-work checks and documentation are complete
*Prepare and issue contractual documentation and employee correspondence
*Maintain accurate HR records and electronic filing systems
*Liaise with Payroll to ensure accurate and timely data transfer
*Manage and respond to queries via a ticketing system
HR Systems, Data & Process Improvement
*Provide support for the HR system
*Run audits, reports and data checks to ensure accuracy and compliance
*Assist with system updates and testing new configurations
About You
*Previous experience in HR, People Operations, or HR Administration
*Understanding of the employee lifecycle and core HR processes
*Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
*Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information
*Experience using HR systems
*Strong Excel and MS Office skills
*Proactive, commercially minded, collaborative, and confident in a fast-paced environment.
The position is full time in office, offering 25 days holiday + a full range of benefits.
