What You’ll Need: * Experience working with children or young people in a secondary school setting is desirable but not essential
* A passion for supporting students across KS3-KS5
* Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive approach
* Ability to support pupils on a 1:1 or small group basis
* No QTS required - this role is ideal for aspiring teachers, graduates, or experienced support staff
