Job DescriptionAre you an experienced administrator looking for a stable, long-term opportunity? Our Signature client based in North Bristol, a well-established company, is seeking an Administration Coordinator to join their close-knit team.

Key Responsibilities*Coordinating reactive and planned maintenance tasks across sites
*Scheduling personnel and managing programs
*Maintaining and updating spreadsheets with accuracy
*Handling phone communications
*Sending professional correspondence and emails
*Supporting the team with general administrative duties
What We’re Looking For*Minimum 6 months of office administration experience
*Strong IT skills, particularly Excel and Microsoft Office
*Excellent verbal communication skills and confidence on the phone
*Strong written English and professional email etiquette
*Friendly personality who thrives in a fast-paced environment
*Attention to detail and accuracy with data entry
Location & Working HoursThis Administration Coordinator position is based in North Bristol working 8:30am – 17:00pm. The role offers excellent job security with a long-term contract.
