Business Manager Wanted – Automotive

Salary: £41,600 basic + OTE £62,000
We’re working with a leading automotive dealership group that’s looking to appoint a driven, hands-on Business Manager to join their sales operation in Redhill.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Business Manager / F&I professional or a high-performing Sales Executive with a minimum of 3 years’ experience who’s ready to take the next step into management.
About the Role
This is a front-line, sleeves-rolled-up role. You’ll be actively involved with the sales team — stacking deals, second-facing customers, and coaching Sales Executives to maximise performance and customer satisfaction.
You’ll play a key role in driving finance penetration, ensuring compliance, and delivering a seamless buying journey.
Key Responsibilities
*Maximise sales of finance & insurance products in line with FCA regulations
*Work closely with the Sales Manager to achieve and exceed targets
*Be out on the floor supporting the team: deal stacking, 2nd facing, and closing
*Coach and mentor Sales Executives to improve performance and confidence
*Deliver clear, compliant, customer-focused financial presentations
*Monitor KPIs including conversion, penetration, and customer satisfaction
*Maintain full compliance across all documentation and transactions
*Build strong relationships with finance and insurance partners
About You
*Experience as a Business Manager / F&I Manager OR a Sales Executive with 3+ years’ experience looking for progression
*Confident, hands-on, and commercially minded
*Strong knowledge of FCA guidelines and compliance
*Proven ability to influence, coach, and support a sales team
*Customer-focused with a professional, consultative approach
*Confident using DMS and finance systems
*Motivated, proactive, and results-driven
