The Role:

Key Responsibilities:
*Manage daily operations of the service department at a high-performing main dealership.
*Ensure customer satisfaction and team motivation are always at the forefront.
*Maintain high levels of productivity and workshop efficiency.
*Oversee quality assurance and departmental KPIs.
*Develop your team through coaching, training, and support.
*Contribute to business strategy and help drive the dealership forward.
Your Background:
*Proven experience as a Service Manager within a franchised main dealership.
*Strong understanding of dealership processes and workshop operations.
*Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
*A passion for delivering an outstanding customer journey.
*Confident decision-maker with the ability to influence at all levels.
