Description
You will work across a broad spectrum of commercial property matters, supporting a diverse client base that includes:
*Commercial and residential developers
*Investors and landowners
*Asset managers and corporate occupiers
*Commercial landlords and tenants
The work will be varied and engaging, typically involving:
*Acquisitions and disposals of commercial and mixed-use sites
*Advising on development-related matters
*Landlord and tenant work, including leasing and portfolio management
*General transactional property work
*Supporting partners on more complex matters while managing your own caseload
*This role offers significant client exposure, the opportunity to work closely with partners, and involvement in interesting, high-value transactions.
Profile
The successful candidate will ideally have:
*2-5 years’ PQE in commercial property from a recognised practice
*Experience in acquisitions, disposals, development-related matters, and/or landlord and tenant work
*Strong academics and a solid grounding in Real Estate law
*Excellent communication and client-handling skills
*Good commercial awareness and a proactive, organised approach to managing files
*The ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships
