Business ManagerLocation: Redhill
Salary: £50,000 – £62,000 OTE
Hours: Full-time, rota basis
The RoleWe are recruiting an experienced and driven Business Manager to join a successful automotive dealership in Redhill. You will play a key role in maximising finance and insurance performance while ensuring customers receive a professional, compliant and positive buying experience.
Key Responsibilities*Present and sell finance, insurance and value-added products
*Maximise profitability while maintaining FCA compliance
*Work closely with the sales team to support vehicle sales
*Explain finance agreements clearly and professionally to customers
*Maintain accurate documentation and records
*Achieve monthly KPI and penetration targets
*Deliver excellent customer satisfaction and handover experience
Requirements*Previous experience as a Business Manager or Senior Sales Executive
*Strong knowledge of finance and insurance products
*FCA accreditation (or willingness to complete)
*Target-driven with strong attention to detail
*Excellent communication and presentation skills
*Full UK driving licence
