About the Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
*Provide classroom support to the class teacher and pupils
*Work with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning
*Support pupils with additional needs (SEND)
*Help create a positive, inclusive learning environment
*Assist with planning, resources, and classroom activities
*Build strong, supportive relationships with staff, pupils, and parents
What We’re Looking For
*Experience working with children in a school or educational setting (desirable)
*A positive, patient, and proactive approach
*Strong communication skills
*Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
*A genuine passion for supporting young people’s development
*Willingness to undertake training where required
*An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
