Car Sales ExecutiveLocation: Guildford
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 OTE
Hours: Full-time, rota basis
The RoleWe are recruiting a driven and customer-focused Car Sales Executive to join a busy and successful dealership in Guildford. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced sales environment with strong earning potential.
Key Responsibilities*Sell new and/or used vehicles in line with monthly targets
*Handle customer enquiries from first contact through to vehicle handover
*Conduct test drives and vehicle demonstrations
*Upsell finance, insurance and value-added products
*Build and maintain strong customer relationships
*Update and manage the CRM system accurately
*Deliver a high level of customer service and satisfaction
Requirements*Previous experience in car sales preferred (but not essential for the right candidate)
*Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
*Target-driven and self-motivated
*Full UK driving licence
*Professional, enthusiastic and customer-focused
