Sales Administrator
Location: Sheffield (S9)
Salary: £24,000
Hours: 35 hours per week | Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm

We’re recruiting a Sales Administrator to join a well-established engineering company based in Sheffield S9. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a lively, supportive team within a business that genuinely invests in its people and offers clear progression and development.
This role would suit an experienced Administrator who’s ready to take the next step into a more commercial, customer-focused position within an engineering environment.
The role will involve:
* Supporting the sales team with day-to-day administration
* Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
* Liaising with customers via phone and email
* Preparing quotes, documentation, and sales paperwork
* Coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth order flow
* Maintaining accurate records on internal systems
What we’re looking for:
* Previous administration experience (engineering or manufacturing is a bonus, not essential)
* Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
* Confident communication skills
* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
* Someone looking for long-term growth and progression
