Job Description:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our clients finance team working 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with finance team experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and building strong working relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities*Processing timesheets monthly (online portals and paper submissions)
*Calculating invoices accurately and efficiently
*Issing sales invoices on a monthly and ad-hoc basis
*Preparing payments and uploading to banking systems
*Sending remittance advices in a timely manner
*Assisting with monthly accruals and deferred income journals
*Maintaining purchase order logs and liaising with internal stakeholders
*Supporting reporting and completing ad-hoc finance duties
About You*Strong Excel and IT skills
*Excellent attention to detail and numeracy skills
*Strong communication and organisational skills
*Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
*Comfortable working in a busy office environment
*Professional, proactive, and able to work independently
*Experience in multi-currency environments is advantageous
