Join our client’s new Housing Strategy and Performance Team
This is a fantastic opportunity to take a leading role in strengthening housing regulation, compliance, and service improvement. You will help ensure the Housing Directorate delivers safe, modern, compliant and high-quality services that make a real difference to residents.
Key responsibilities include:
• Leading housing regulatory compliance and service improvement activity
• Producing clear, high-quality reports, strategies, policies and presentations
• Working closely with colleagues, partners and data specialists to raise standards
• Supporting service reviews, improvement plans and programme delivery
• Acting as a subject-matter expert in housing law, regulation and best practice
• Monitoring risks, ensuring compliance and driving operational improvement
We’re looking for:
• Expert knowledge of social housing legislation and regulatory standards
• Experience in social housing, compliance, or project/programme management
• Strong investigative and problem-solving skills
• Ability to analyse data and develop performance frameworks
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and delegate
• Confidence preparing professional reports and documentation for varied audiences
