SEMH Teaching Assistant – Theale
£100 to £110 per day - depending on experience

The Role
The agency is looking for an SEMH Teaching Assistant who will:
*Build positive and trusting relationships with pupils.
*Provide classroom support and tailored SEMH interventions.
*Help young people regulate emotions, manage behaviour, and engage in learning.
*Work closely with a strong team of teachers, mentors, and support staff.
*Model patience, resilience, and empathy in all interactions.
This role is ideal for individuals with experience in education, youth work, care, or therapeutic settings, but the agency also welcomes applications from those with transferable skills and the right attitude.
