Location: Liverpool Centre
Salary: £28,000-£30,000 base + uncapped commission (Year 1 OTE £35,000 - £42,000)
Requirement: Full UK driving licence or driving test booked

You’ll work in a fast-paced, people-focused environment, supporting schools by placing high-quality teachers and support staff into rewarding roles.
Training & Development
You’ll receive structured training and ongoing support to help you succeed, including:
*Candidate sourcing and interviewing techniques
*Sales skills, negotiation, and relationship building
*Client management and account development
*Target setting, mindset, and personal development
No recruitment experience required - we’re looking for attitude, drive, and potential.
The Role
*Source, screen, and interview candidates
*Match candidates to suitable education roles
*Build and maintain relationships with schools
*Work towards targets with clear financial incentives
As you progress, you’ll manage your own clients, negotiate placements, and earn commission on every successful hire.
