Are you passionate about supporting children’s learning and helping them reach their full potential? We’re looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join schools across St Helens.
What You’ll Be Doing:*Supporting teachers in delivering engaging and meaningful lessons
*Working 1:1 or with small groups to boost confidence and progress
*Helping create a positive, nurturing classroom environment
*Assisting with behaviour support and personalised learning plans
*Encouraging pupils to develop academically, socially, and emotionally
What We’re Looking For:*Experience in a school or working with children (preferred but not essential)
*A proactive, caring and patient approach
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*Willingness to support children with additional needs (SEN roles available)
*Relevant qualifications are a bonus but not mandatory
