Job Description:
Project Coordinator
Hybrid working available
£27,000 + £3,000 car allowance
We’re recruiting for a client-focused Project Coordinator to join a growing and supportive team. This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys managing relationships, solving problems, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, coordinating operational activity, and acting as a trusted point of contact. The role involves a high level of organisation, communication, and stakeholder management, alongside occasional UK site visits.
Key Responsibilities:
*Managing approximately 25–35 client accounts
*Acting as the main point of contact for client queries and escalations
*Identifying opportunities to improve performance and reduce costs
*Coordinating site visits and mobilisations across the UK
*Proactive engagement with clients and suppliers
*Reporting and monthly invoice checks
*Upselling additional services where appropriate
*Handling complex administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
What We’re Looking For:
*Experience in a client-facing role
*Strong Administrative skills
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Confident negotiator with good problem-solving ability
*Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities
*Comfortable working independently and under pressure
*Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook, and Word
*Full clean driving licence and access to a car
*GCSE English and Maths (grade 4/C or above)
