Job Description:
We’re recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join our warehouse. This hands-on role is central to the smooth running of our warehouse operations: you’ll pick, pack, receive and prepare goods for delivery while maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy and productivity. Full training will be provided so you can get up to speed and help the team deliver exceptional service to our customers.
The role:*Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently to meet daily throughput targets

*Receive inbound deliveries, check goods against delivery documentation and report discrepancies

*Load and unload vehicles safely, assisting drivers and colleagues as required

*Operate warehouse equipment including pallet trucks and, where trained and authorised, powered handling equipment in line with safe systems of work

*Carry out stock counts, cycle counts and assist with stock reconciliations using handheld devices and warehouse management systems (WMS)

*Maintain a clean, tidy and safe working environment, adhering to health & safety policies and reporting hazards or incidents promptly

*Support returns processing and basic quality checks to ensure only saleable stock is dispatched

*Work collaboratively with the team to meet KPIs for accuracy, productivity and on-time dispatch

Who we’re looking for:*Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution or logistics environment is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided

*Comfortable working in a physically demanding role with manual handling tasks; ability to lift and move stock safely is required

*Basic numeracy and a good eye for detail to ensure picking and packing accuracy

*Comfortable using handheld devices and basic IT systems; willingness to learn WMS/TMS applications

*Reliable, punctual and able to work well as part of a team while following instructions

*Positive attitude, flexible approach to shift patterns and a focus on delivering great customer outcomes

Working hours, location and flexibility:*Rotational shifts: 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm
