Role Overview:
Our client is looking to recruit a Data Administrator/Processor to support the day-to-day administrative and data handling functions within the team. This role will focus primarily on reviewing, validating and processing certificates, maintaining accurate records and ensuring information is correctly entered and stored within internal systems. This position is suited to someone with previous admin experience who is comfortable working with large volumes of data and can maintain a high level of accuracy.


This is a full-time temp contract initially signed off for 3 months with an immediate start. You will be required to work onsite in our client’s office based in Stanstead Abbotts from 8am – 4.30pm or 8.30am – 5pm, Monday – Friday and offers an hourly rate of £12.71, plus holiday pay.


Key Responsibilities:
*Review and process certificates accurately and efficiently
*Input and update data within internal databases and systems
*Check documentation for accuracy and compliance
*Maintain organised digital records and files
*Support the administration team with general data processing tasks
*Assist with reports and data updates using Excel
*Communicate with internal teams to resolve data queries
*Carry out general administrative duties such as emails and record management


Essential Skills & Experience:
*Previous admin or data processing experience
*Strong Excel skills
*High attention to detail and accuracy
*Good organisational and time management skills
*Confident handling repetitive data tasks and large volumes of information
*Clear communication skills
*Reliable and able to work independently as well as part of a team
