Business & Economics Teacher – KS4–KS5 (Years 10–13)
Location: Bexley
Contract: Permanent or Long-Term (Flexible)
Start Date:April 2026
Salary: MPS/UPS (Outer London)
A highly regarded secondary school in Bexley is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Business & Economics Teacher to teach across GCSE Business (Years 10–11) and A-Level Business and Economics (Years 12–13). This role is available from April 2026, with flexibility to appoint on a permanent basis or as a long-term contract, depending on candidate preference.
The Role
*Deliver high-quality teaching in Business (KS4) and Business & Economics (KS5)
*Plan and deliver engaging lessons that support excellent progress
*Prepare students for GCSE and A-Level examinations
*Contribute to curriculum planning, assessment and departmental development
*Take part in wider enrichment within a thriving Sixth Form community
The Ideal Candidate
*QTS or equivalent, with a specialism in Business, Economics or related field
*Strong subject knowledge across KS4–KS5
*Confident teaching high-attaining students at A-Level
*Committed to raising achievement and inspiring learners
*Able to create an inclusive, structured and motivating classroom environment
