Job Description:
Group Finance Accountant - Hospitality / 6 month contract / London / Day rate: £350-£400
Key Responsibilities:
*Supporting monthly close activities, ensuring financial information for the entities is accurate and well-controlled
*Preparing statutory and IFRS financial statements for the group’s holding companies
*Coordinating with auditors and leading the annual audit
*Monitoring group cashflows, contributing to weekly and monthly cash flow forecasting
*Managing intercompany transactions, balances, and loan records
*Handling journals, accruals, and core reconciliations across cash, bank and balance sheet areas
*Providing transactional support for holding company ledgers where required
Who Will Succeed in This Role:
*ACA qualified, ideally with experience from a Big 4 audit background
*Strong grounding in hospitality finance, preferably hotels or multi-site operations
*Someone analytical, structured, and able to take ownership with minimal supervision
*Comfortable working hands-on and diving into the detail
*Advanced Excel skills and a natural curiosity for improving processes
