Job Description:

I am working with a client currently going through a period of change, and they are seeking a capable Payroll & IT Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. This is a great opportunity to work across two key business areas, supporting both payroll operations and IT finance administration.
The Role
This position is split between:
*Four days per week within the Payroll department
*One day per week supporting the IT team
You will work closely with friendly, welcoming teams in modern offices based in central Stratford-upon-Avon, with the flexibility of hybrid working.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll Support:
*Managing the payroll inbox
*Completing payroll reporting
*Accurate data entry and information management
IT Administration Support:
*Raising invoices
*Processing purchase orders (POs)
What We’re Looking For
*Previous experience in payroll or finance support
*Strong attention to detail
*Ability to work efficiently in a changing environment
*Confident with data input and handling multiple tasks
Contract Details
*35 hours per week
*Hybrid working arrangement
*3-month initial contract, with potential for extension
*Immediate start available
