A well-established organisation is seeking a Part Time Accounts Assistant to support with day-to-day financial operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent administrative skills, and confidence working within a busy, process-driven environment. The successful candidate must be available to work reduced hours across all five weekdays (Monday to Friday).


What you’ll be doing
*Providing day-to-day support across finance and administrative activities
*Handling purchase invoices and keeping supplier information up to date
*Tracking outstanding balances and managing credit control
*Making sure payments are received within required timeframes
*Completing daily bank reconciliations
*Preparing and sending sales invoices
*Keeping financial documentation organised and compliant
*Assisting with month-end and year-end reporting tasks


What we’re looking for
*Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy
*Highly organised with effective time-management abilities
*Skilled in Excel, including V-Lookups and Pivot Tables
*Clear, confident communicator with a professional manner
*Comfortable working both independently and within a team
*Solid understanding of financial processes, controls, and compliance requirements
