A rare opportunity to shape the future of a growing, financial planning, adviser-led wealth management firm.


Following a recent change in management, this established wealth management business is entering an exciting new phase of growth. The firm is investing heavily in its people, processes, and long-term vision and therefore looking for an enthusiastic and driven person to become Operations Manager.


This role offers genuine influence. You won’t be inheriting a fixed model - you’ll help build and shape what the business becomes.


As Operations Manager, you’ll take ownership of the firm’s day-to-day operational leadership, ensuring the business runs efficiently, compliantly, and in line with its strategic objectives. You will embed new and strengthen operations processes, lead direct reports whilst developing the team, drive efficiencies through process improvement and technology and support regulatory change and business growth through an exciting time.


You’ll Bring:
*Strong operations management experience
*Proven people leadership and team development skills
*A process-driven, detail-oriented mindset
*Confidence operating within a regulated or professional services environment
*Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
*Experience in financial planning or wealth management is highly desirable, but not essential
*Experience within professional services is required
