Process Engineer

We are seeking a Process Engineer to join a high-volume engineering and manufacturing environment within a global engineering organisation based in Eastleigh, Southampton.

This is a permanent position, suited to a Process Engineer with a couple of years’ experience who is looking to develop their technical capability, process improvement skills, and long-term career within a structured engineering environment.

Essential Requirements / Experience:

Experience as a Process Engineer or similar role

Understanding of manufacturing and production processes

Experience with process improvement, optimisation, or continuous improvement initiatives

Engineering or manufacturing background

Ability to work cross-functionally with production, quality, and engineering teams

Salary & Benefits:

Competitive salary £45,000 - £55,000 per annumm
