A brilliant Real Estate Tax role for someone looking for progression and/or a more broad role, not so deals focused. A growing team, backed for investment by the firm’s leadership.
Responsibilities:
*Manage your own portfolio of clients, working with Partners/Directors (or alone) on complex tax consultancy projects & tax compliance assignments for a range of clients across the real estate sector.
*Lead transactional work and manage the delivery of tax structuring and due diligence assignments in connection with client M&A activity, including the co-ordination of work from specialist teams.
*Supporting the Partner/Director team with business development for existing, new, and prospective clients and provide support to your colleagues on chargeable and non-chargeable work when required
*Mentor and develop junior staff through delegation and on the job training, appraisals/monitor staff performance including acting as a Line Manager
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have
*Significant UK corporate tax gained within the profession and/or industry within a Real Estate Team
*Strong awareness of specialist taxes and their application in the real estate sector
*Excellent client management and project management experience and able to work collaboratively across teams.
*Demonstrable people management experience
Education and Qualifications:
*Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA) and/or CTA (or breadth of knowledge equivalent to CTA, e.g. law qualification)
