A design focussed architectural studio is seeking an experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant or newly qualified Architect to join its Oxford team.
This role would suit someone with strong design ability who is also keen to develop their technical and delivery experience, working closely with senior architects on a variety of thoughtfully designed projects. The studio places a strong emphasis on design integrity, quality detailing and strong architectural intent.
Projects are allocated based on individual skills and interests, offering exposure to a broad range of work and the opportunity to develop in areas you enjoy most.
Role & Responsibilities:
*Supporting project teams across multiple RIBA stages
*Contributing to concept design, design development and technical delivery
*Producing drawings, models and presentation material
*Assisting with technical coordination and consultant information
*Supporting planning submissions and construction information
*Attending design reviews, project meetings and client presentations
Requirements:
*RIBA Part 2 qualified or recently qualified Part 3
*Experience within a UK architectural practice
*Strong design skills with good technical awareness
*ArchiCAD experience preferred; strong Revit users willing to transition to ArchiCAD will also be considered
*Enthusiastic, proactive and keen to progress within a design-focused studio
