Associate Casualty Solicitor
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £61,000 DOE + up to 30% annual bonus

My client is looking to bring in an Associate to join their Casualty team on Birmingham. The team has seen an influx of work from both new and old clients, and due to this increase of work they looking to expand their team.

In this role you will be managing your own caseload of EL/PL Fast Track and Multi Track files on behalf of NHS Trusts and insurer clients. You will also assist more senior members of the team with their higher value and more complex claims.

My client takes career progression seriously, all team members are put on a career development plan from day one to achieve their next promotion. This isn’t just limited to promotions, if you wish to become the main client contact for example, this can also be planned out.

Hybrid working is also offered, with 2 days in the office a week.

Experience:
*NQ - 4 years’ PQE qualified Solicitor
*Defendant casualty experience
*Comfortable with client contact, relationship building, and attending business development events
