Job Description:
Order Management Coordinator
Location: High Wycombe
Salary: 28K - 30K Plus excellent benefits.
We’re looking for an organised and proactive Order Management Coordinator to join a growing team in High Wycombe. You’ll manage customer orders from start to finish, ensuring accuracy, great communication and smooth delivery.
Key Responsibilities
*Process and verify customer orders
*Coordinate with sales, warehouse, logistics and finance
*Track orders through to delivery and keep customers updated
*Resolve any order or delivery issues
*Prepare invoices and maintain accurate records
*Support reporting, forecasting and process improvements
What We’re Looking For
*3+ years’ experience in order management, operations or customer service
*Strong communication and attention to detail
*Good problem-solving ability
*Able to work cross-functionally and manage multiple tasks
*Proficient with systems (SAGE/SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office
*Degree in Business/Management or similar
