Mortgage Administrator
Salary: £25k - £28k + company benefit package
Location: Worthing
Hours: Mon-Fri 9am – 5.30pm (office based with hybrid working after successful completion of your probation period).

You will ideally already hold CeMAP 1 and have clear aspirations to progress into a Mortgage Broker role over time.
Responsibilities:
*Liaising with clients, lenders, solicitors and introducers via phone and email.
*Managing a caseload of new business mortgage applications through to completion.
*Chasing clients and lenders for outstanding documentation and information.
*Uploading and processing applications via lender portals.
*Accurately updating and maintaining the CRM system.
*Completing case checks and ensuring compliance standards are met.
*Adhering to FCA compliance and regulatory requirements.
*Working with lender panel criteria to ensure suitable products are offered.
*Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and lenders.
*Ensuring loan applications are processed efficiently and within agreed deadlines.
*Keeping clients fully informed throughout the application process.
The right candidate will have the following skills and experience to apply:
*Strong communication and organisational skills, with aspirations to become a fully qualified Mortgage Adviser.
*Proven administration experience, ideally within mortgages or an FCA-regulated environment.
*Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, CRM systems and lender portals.
*Ideally CeMAP 1 qualified, with willingness to continue further qualifications.
*Personable, proactive team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
*Dedicated to delivering a high level of service and support to clients.
*Ability to prioritise workload effectively and meet deadlines.
*Excellent attention to detail.
