We’re hiring TWO Customer Service stars
Woolwich Arsenal, SE18 | £25k–£30k depending on experience | Full-time
A brilliant, growing service-led business in Woolwich is expanding their Customer Services team and looking to hire two people, one more experienced and one earlier in their career.
They’re not hiring job titles. They’re hiring attitude, energy and capability.
If you’re organised, proactive and love being the person who makes things happen behind the scenes, this could be a fantastic move.
You’ll sit at the heart of operations, working closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams to keep orders moving and clients happy.
The role includes:
Handling customer enquiries via phone & email
Processing and coordinating orders
Tracking deliveries and keeping clients updated
Supporting account managers & operations
Maintaining accurate customer records
General office coordination
Improving processes and service delivery
What they’re looking for:
Friendly, confident communicator
Strong organisation and attention to detail
Able to juggle multiple priorities
Customer-first mindset
IT confident (Microsoft Office + systems)
Positive team player
Experience in customer service/admin/order processing is helpful, but personality and work ethic matter just as much.
