Job Description:
As Production Manager, you will be instrumental in driving manufacturing scale-up, ensuring product quality, and embedding best-practice processes within a regulated, ISO 13485-compliant environment.
You will lead day-to-day production operations, manage a multi-disciplinary team, oversee quality and compliance activities, and play a hands-on role in establishing and running a new manufacturing site.

Description
*Oversee daily factory operations, ensuring all output aligns with the production plan and quality standards.
*Lead and develop a cross-functional production team, including team leaders, operators, and support roles.
*Play a hands-on role in establishing a new manufacturing site, including creation of documentation and process validation.
*Maintain accurate production schedules and collaborate with Business Development, Purchasing, QMS and Health & Safety.
*Manage inventory in partnership with purchasing and accounting teams.
*Manage subcontractors and manufacturing partners, ensuring compliance with ISO 13485 and internal quality standards.
*Champion quality and regulatory compliance, supporting audits, product investigations and continuous improvement activity.

Knowledge & Experience *Essential: *Strong experience in manufacturing operations within an ISO 13485-regulated environment
*Proven leadership experience in scaling production from early-stage to established operations

*Desirable: *ISO 9001 experience
*Experience with MRP systems
