Sales Support Administrator

An exciting opportunity for a Sales Support Administrator to join an established and growing organisation on a permanent basis.
The company operates within the Audio-Visual / Technology sector, providing innovative products and solutions. This role will support the sales function of the business, with a strong focus on quoting and order processing.

Role Details *Position: Sales Support Administrator
*Type: Full-time, permanent
*Location: Harlow Essex
*Working hours: Monday – Friday, 9:30am – 5:30pm
*Working pattern: Onsite
*Salary: £26,000 – £29,000 per annum (depending on experience)
*Bonus: Up to £2,000 per annum based on targets

Advantageous (but not essential) *Experience using Sage 200 for order processing
*Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot or similar)
Key Duties *Administering and logging all quotes
*Responding to pricing queries via email and telephone
*Order inputting, processing, and maintenance
*Providing telephone support
*Liaising with suppliers
*Updating customers and clients with product data
*General administrative duties
About You *Previous experience in Administration or Sales Support
*Excellent telephone manner
