Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting on behalf of a large, well-established company based in Chislehurst, who are looking to hire a Management Accountant to join their growing finance team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a CIMA-qualified or finalist accountant looking to step into a broad, hands-on role within a supportive and forward-thinking business.
Key Responsibilities:
*Preparation of monthly management accounts
*Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
*Balance sheet reconciliations
*Supporting year-end processes and audit
*Producing financial reports and analysis for senior stakeholders
*Assisting with process improvements within the finance function
About You:
*CIMA qualified or actively studying (finalist)
*Previous experience in a management accounting role
*Experience with Sage is highly desirable
*Strong Excel and analytical skills
*Proactive, organised, and confident working with non-finance stakeholders
