Field Service Engineer
Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 (OTE £50,000)
Shift: Mon-Fri Days
Candidates Location: Oxford, Reading, Swindon
I am currently working with a well-established and expanding industrial manufacturer, recognised as a leader within its sector, to recruit a Field Service Engineer (mechanical or electrical bias) to support their growing customer base.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Field Service Engineer to join a company that genuinely values its people, promotes a supportive and team-focused culture, and continues to invest heavily in its engineering function. The business is seeking a practical, reliable engineer who takes pride in their work and thrives in a hands-on, customer-facing, industrial environment.
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for travelling to customer sites to install, service, maintain, and repair a wide range of industrial machinery. You will play a key role in ensuring equipment operates safely, efficiently, and reliably, helping customers minimise downtime and maintain production performance.
Essential Requirements - Field Service Engineer:
*Either Mechanically or Electrically Bias
*Have an engineering qualification (Minimum Level 3)
*Experience with Pneumatics and Hydraulics
*Have UK Driving License
*Experience with Install, Repair, Service
*Diagnosing faults and repairing equipment
*Ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations
The Field Service Engineer Will Benefit From:
