Teaching Assistant
*Job Type: Full-time

We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with pupils to bridge gaps in their learning and boost their confidence to re-engage in a school setting.
Day to Day of the role:
*Support pupils with their learning activities in the classroom.
*Work collaboratively with teachers to tailor learning experiences to individual student needs.
*Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
*Encourage and support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development.
*Facilitate a safe and positive learning environment.
*Engage with pupils in a variety of educational settings, including one-to-one and group sessions.
*Monitor and record pupils’ progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
*Participate in training and adhere to safeguarding policies and procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Minimum of five Level 2 qualifications, including English and Mathematics (GCSE or equivalent).
*Previous experience working with children is beneficial but not essential.
*A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
*Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*A proactive and flexible approach to work.
*Willingness to undertake relevant training and professional development.
