Job Description:
Vehicle TechnicianLocation: Watford
Salary: £34,000 – £60,000 OTE (depending on experience & qualifications)
Hours: Monday to Friday with Saturday rota (where applicable)
The RoleWe are recruiting an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a busy, well-established workshop in Watford. This is a great opportunity for a technician looking for stability, strong earning potential and ongoing training.
Key Responsibilities*Servicing, maintenance and repairs on a variety of vehicles
*Accurate diagnosis of mechanical and electrical faults
*MOT preparation and repairs (if qualified)
*Use of diagnostic equipment and workshop systems
*Completing job cards and paperwork accurately
*Maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety
Requirements*NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
*Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician
*Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
*Full UK driving licence
*MOT Tester qualification (desirable but not essential)
*Reliable, motivated and team-oriented
