About the Company
My client is a well-respected and forward-thinking Lettings & Management organisation. Alongside traditional rental services, they are one of London’s most successful Rent Guarantee Service Providers, working closely with Local and Central Government to procure properties for Emergency Housing.
Due to continued growth, we are now seeking an experienced Property Management Manager (PMM) to join our Management Department based in South Woodford.
The Role
This is a senior, hands-on management role ideal for a driven and organised professional with a proven track record of leading teams within property management. You will play a key role in overseeing daily operations, maintaining service excellence, and supporting the ongoing development of the team.
Key Responsibilities
*Monitoring and chasing daily rent payments
*Handling maintenance enquiries and resolutions
*Managing safety certifications (Gas & Electrical)
*Organising tenancy renewals and end-of-tenancy check-outs
*Overseeing property licence applications
*Serving Section 21 and Section 8 notices (subject to legislative changes)
*Managing court applications for possession and attending hearings
*Attending bailiff appointments and liaising with locksmiths and clients
*Cross-selling Sales, Lettings, and Property Management services
*Ensuring high service levels, positive reviews, and accurate CRM reporting
*Assisting with the day-to-day management and organisation of the team
*Prioritising workloads to ensure efficiency and performance
*Supporting quality control and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction
About You
*Proven experience managing teams within property management
*Dynamic, organised, and highly motivated
*Excellent interpersonal and people-management skills
*Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities
*Confident IT user with strong attention to detail
*Excellent timekeeping and time management skills
*Full UK driving licence required
*Industry qualifications (NAEA, NFOPP, ARLA) are advantageous but not essential
