Job Title: Behaviour Mentor

Contract Type: Full-Time, Term Time Only
Salary: £110- £130 per day

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Behaviour Mentor to join a dynamic and supportive team at a forward-thinking school in Medway. This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with students who require additional support with behaviour, emotional regulation, and engagement in learning.
Key Responsibilities:
*Build positive relationships with students to support their emotional and behavioural development.
*Work one-to-one and in small groups to implement tailored behaviour strategies.
*Collaborate with teaching staff, pastoral teams, and external agencies to ensure consistent support.
*Monitor and track student progress, contributing to individual behaviour plans.
*Promote a safe, inclusive, and respectful school environment.
What We’re Looking For:
*Experience working with children or young people in an educational, youth work, or care setting.
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
*Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage challenging behaviour effectively.
*A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
*Relevant qualifications or training in behaviour management, youth work, or similar (desirable but not essential).
