Job Description:

What will the Senior Finance Business Partner role involve?
*Provide high-quality financial insight, analysis and decision support to production-focused departments and major projects
*Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting for your areas, working closely with stakeholders to understand drivers and risks
*Act as a trusted finance presence at departmental and project meetings, offering constructive challenge and commercial input
*Deliver clear, timely management reporting and ad-hoc analysis to support operational and strategic decisions
*Manage and interpret complex variances to budget, using insight from the central FP&A team to support robust outcomes
*Build strong working relationships with senior stakeholders, ensuring finance is embedded in decision-making
*Line manage and develop a Finance Business Partner, supporting their delivery and professional growth
Suitable Candidate for the Senior Finance Business Partner role:
*Strong experience in finance business partnering, planning and decision support
*Confident communicator with the presence to challenge senior stakeholders and make their viewpoint heard
*Experience managing or mentoring others, as this role will manage and develop one other person
