Job Description:
Job Title: Residential Support Worker – Children’s Home
Location: Liverpool, L11
Salary: £13.83 per hour + £60 per sleep (10 sleeps per month)
Hours: 2 on / 4 off shifts
About the Role:
We are looking for compassionate and reliable Residential Support Workers to join our children’s home in Liverpool. You will provide high-quality care, support, and guidance to the children living in the home while working as part of a friendly and dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:
*Provide daily care, support, and supervision for children in the home.
*Assist with education, social, and recreational activities.
*Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being.
*Maintain accurate records and ensure safeguarding standards are met.
*Work collaboratively with your team and follow home policies and procedures.
Requirements:
*Previous experience in residential childcare is desirable but not essential.
*NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent preferred.
*Ability to work 2 on / 4 off shifts, including sleep-ins.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*A caring and patient approach with children.
