Job Description:
Training Coordinator / Administrator
*Temporary (6 weeks to 3 months)
*Location: Kings Lynn
*Salary: £25,800 - £26,700 £13.41-£13.92 per hour
*Hours: 8.30-5 M-T 8.30-4.30 Fri
*Free Parking
We are seeking an Training Coordinator for a temporary position to cover sickness leave. The role involves coordinating training services that independent businesses commission from the college for their employees. This position is crucial in understanding employer training needs and organising relevant courses such as first aid, bespoke client-specific courses, and professional certifications for example, electricians and gas safety.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Engage with employers to identify and understand their training needs.
*Organise and coordinate various training courses, including first aid, bespoke courses tailored to client requirements, and certification courses like CSCS cards for electricians and gas safety courses.
*Manage the booking process, register attendees, and handle the sending of invites and confirmations.
*Perform general training administration tasks to ensure smooth operation and excellent service delivery.
*Maintain course booking and tracking systems.
*Maintain income records using a standardised approach, aligned to financial systems, to include the tracking of employer purchase orders, requests for invoice generation, and other finance procedures as required.
*Creating and maintaining accurate records to ensure up-to-date delegate records and course information is always available.
*Coordinate and use key systems in relation to course planning, organisation and preparation of documentation in line with standard procedures, including:
*joining instructions
*enrolment and attendance documentation
*examination entry
*hospitality and car parking arrangements
*provide feedback to delegates and employers
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Happy to undertake five years of relevant experience.
*Happy to undertake a DBS check or be registered on the DBS update service.
*Proven ability to coordinate and strong admin skills
*Excellent communication and organisational skills.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
