Job Title: Finance Manager
Location: Wolverhampton
Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 DOE
Top of the salary range will be offered to a candidate from the Manufacturing Industry with ample experience implementing processes for reporting, analysis and stock control.
We are currently recruiting for truly exciting Reed client based in Wolverhampton. They are an incredibly successful business undergoing a period of change a growth! This is a brand-new role to the business; we are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to take the reins and implement processes to ensure smooth running of finances and reporting. We are looking for a stable candidate that is looking for a challenge and a business where they can stay for years to come! This is a brilliant opportunity for a forward-thinking candidate to make this their own and bring the company forward! Our client is open to Part-Qualified and QBE candidates.
Responsibilities Will Include:
*Produce monthly management accounts adhering to group standards and timelines.
*Manage month-end processes and daily finance operations including AP, AR, banking and general ledger tasks such as journals, reconciliations, VAT Returns and fixed assets.
*Monitor stock valuation and accuracy, support pricing, costing and customer margin reviews.
*Strengthen internal reporting processes and drive efficiency and consistency in financial processes.
Ideally, You Will:
*Be qualified by experience or part qualified, with a proven track record and relevant experience. This role requires a candidate with know-how to make positive changes off their own back!
*Have experience from the Manufacturing industry and a strong understanding of stock accounting and margin analysis.
*Have excellent analytical skills and attention to detail with strong Excel skills.
*Be a confident communicator and a friendly character, our client is looking for someone to become a part of the family!
