Job Description:
Procurement Specialist / Supplier Relationship Management
I’m working with a forward-thinking organisation looking for a proactive Procurement Specialist to join their growing and collaborative team. This role offers real scope to influence supplier performance, strengthen compliance, and drive value-for-money across a diverse range of categories.
This is a hybrid position with 2-3 days/week required at their South London head office - full driving licence essential.
What you’ll be doing:
*Managing supplier relationships, including SLAs/KPIs
*Supporting with procurement tender exercises
*Producing analysis to support compliance and strategic decision-making
*Using procurement systems and contract management platforms
What we’re looking for:
*Confident managing supplier relationships and building positive relationships
*Analytical, detail-focused, and comfortable presenting insights
*Proactive and adaptable with excellent stakeholder engagement skills
*Knowledge of public sector procurement/awareness of PA23
*CIPS studier preferred (or keen to commence study)
*Driving licence required – there will be some offsite meetings involved
