Are you an experienced SEND leader ready to help shape a brand-new specialist school?
We are seeking a dynamic Head of School to join a Senior Leadership Team in Croydon. The provision supports pupils with Social, Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (SEBD) and complex needs.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving school improvement, leading staff, strengthening behaviour and safeguarding systems, and delivering a curriculum that removes barriers to learning.
The Role
*Provide strategic and operational leadership
*Support and develop teachers and support staff
*Oversee behaviour, attendance and safeguarding
*Use data to raise standards and improve outcomes
