Key Responsibilities
*Maintain up-to-date supplier records and reconcile supplier statements.
*Process company credit card transactions and staff expense claims.
*Prepare and send customer invoices, ensuring all purchase order and delivery documentation is complete and accurate.
*Process customer payments, allocating them correctly within the finance system.
*Reconcile customer accounts and manage rebates and credit notes.
*Support the Finance team with audit preparation and year-end tasks.
What you’ll bring
*Previous experience in an administrative accounts role.
*Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage several tasks at once.
*Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately and meet deadlines.
*Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with accounting software.
