*FULLY REMOTE - boutique IFA firm
*Senior Financial Planning Administrator
*Offices in mid-Sussex
*Meet the team once every 2/3 months
*£35k - £40k plus bonuses, 25 days holiday allowance
*Knowledge of Xplan would be helpful
My client are a boutique independent wealth planning firm who offer whole of market financial advice to HNW retirees, accumulators, local families and SME owners based across the UK. In their current setup they manage the affairs of clients with assets ranging from £150k - £2m. The advisers consult on pensions, investments, tax planning, cashflow modelling, retirement planning, protections and some esoteric schemes such as VCT & EIS schemes. They have very longstanding relations with local business owners and corporate clients who refer them new business.
The Managing Director requires an experienced Financial Planning Administrator who can work fully remotely and process end to end administration from start to finish. You will be dealing with providers, clients, liaising with the adivsers and assisting with all necessary admin to ensure a smooth back office function. Drafting LOA’s, LOV’s meeting packs and keeping a tidy back office CRM. You will need to be self sufficient and able to manage your own time and desk.
Knowledge of pensions, investments, tax planning and other financial products will be vital. You do not need to be studying for any exams but my client will support you if necessary. The role will be working within an LLP business but you will be given a salary of £35,000 - £40,000 and 25 days of annual leave with exceptional levels of flexibility.
